Returns

We provide a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for returns:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.

  • Once your request is verified and approved, we will share the return shipping instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

If you’d like a replacement, the quickest way is to place a fresh order once your return is approved.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.
